Yes! Every single cookie is handmade from scratch with love by Mady. Each batch is baked fresh to order using quality ingredients — never store-bought or pre-made.
2. Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! All cookies are individually customized to your theme, colors, or occasion. Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, wedding, or corporate event — we’ll create the perfect design just for you.
3. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your spot. Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule (an additional fee may apply).
4. Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Orders placed with less than one week’s notice are considered rush orders and are subject to an extra charge depending on design complexity and quantity.
5. How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed for freshness, then carefully packaged for a beautiful presentation — perfect for gifting or events.
6. Do you ship cookies?
Currently, Cookies by Mady is local pickup and delivery only (based in Pomona. We’re working on offering shipping in the future!
7. How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies stay fresh for about 2–3 weeks when kept in their sealed bags at room temperature. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months.
8. Do you make gluten-free or vegan cookies?
At this time, we specialize in our traditional sugar cookie recipe. However, we’re always exploring new options — stay tuned for future menu updates!
9. What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is typically one dozen (12 cookies) per design or theme. For large events or custom quantities, please contact us directly.
10. How do I place an order?
You can submit your order through our Order Form or Contact Page. Please include your event date, quantity, and theme — we’ll follow up to confirm availability and pricing.
11. How do I pay for my order?
Once your order details are confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before pickup.
