Absolutely! All cookies are individually customized to your theme, colors, or occasion. Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, wedding, or corporate event, we’ll create a design made especially for your celebration.

We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your date. Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule and may include an additional fee.

Yes, depending on availability. Orders placed with less than one week’s notice are considered rush orders and may include an extra charge depending on design complexity and quantity.

Each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed for freshness, then carefully packaged for a beautiful presentation — perfect for gifting, parties, and special events.

Currently, Cookies by Mady offers local pickup and delivery only from Pomona, California. Shipping is not available at this time.

Our cookies stay fresh for approximately 2–3 weeks when kept in their sealed bags at room temperature. For longer storage, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

At this time, we specialize in our traditional sugar cookie recipe and do not currently offer gluten-free or vegan options.

The minimum order is typically 2 dozen (24 cookies) per design or theme. For larger events or custom quantities, please contact us directly.

Submit your request through our Place an Order page. Include your event date, quantity, theme, colors, and any inspiration you have. We’ll follow up to confirm availability and pricing.

Once your order details are confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before pickup.
